What is real-estate crowdfunding
Real-estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction projects and urban development. It means pooling capital with other people in order to take part in real-estate projects that would be difficult to undertake individually.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are channelled into a specific project. After the works are completed and targets achieved, the profit is shared proportionally among all participants.
