Privacy Policy
Krynovix d.o.o. ("Krynovix", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes which personal data we collect through the website krynovix.com, how we process it, with whom we share it and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/2018).
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Krynovix d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 47829163058, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under MBS 081627394.
2. Categories of data we collect
Through the newsletter form we collect: full name, email address and the record of consent. Through technical cookies and analytics we process: IP address, device and browser type, language, selected preferences and basic data about the use of the site.
3. Purposes of processing and legal basis
We process your data in order to: send informational notices about real-estate crowdfunding projects (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and pursue legitimate interests in improving the site and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data from the newsletter sign-up is kept as long as the consent is valid, and for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
5. Recipients of data
We may share data with carefully selected processors inside the EU/EEA: email service providers, hosting and analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For any transfer outside the EU/EEA we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@krynovix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
7. Security
We apply organisational and technical safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, least-privilege access, regular security reviews and backups stored inside the EU.
