These terms govern the use of the krynovix.com website operated by Krynovix d.o.o. By accessing the site and using its services you accept these terms in full.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Krynovix d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 47829163058, MBS: 081627394, registered in the crowdfunding service providers register of HANFA under ref. CSP-2026-014.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is intended to inform about real-estate crowdfunding services and to collect newsletter sign-ups. Information published on the site does not constitute an offer to subscribe or purchase financial instruments under the Croatian Capital Markets Act.
3. Investment risks
Investing in real-estate projects carries the risk of partial or total loss of the invested capital, the risk of construction delays, regulatory risk and liquidity risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Always consult an independent financial advisor before investing.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and graphic elements on the site are the property of Krynovix d.o.o. or are used with permission. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Krynovix d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, including interruptions caused by force majeure or technical events outside our control.
6. Changes to the terms

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes the courts having jurisdiction in Zagreb shall be exclusively competent.
